AGM Statement
Micro Focus International plc ("Micro Focus" or "the Group", LSE: MCRO.L), the Enterprise Application Modernization software company, holds its AGM at 3.00pm today at which the following statement will be made by the Group’s non-executive Chairman, Kevin Loosemore:
"Micro Focus has continued to make solid progress since the first quarter across its core business and with the integration of its recent acquisitions of NetManage Inc. and Liant Software Corporation. The Board reaffirms its ambition to achieve double digit organic revenue growth at constant currencies, over the longer term. EBITDA margins for the first half are expected to be at or above those of the prior period (2008:38.8%).”
Micro Focus will announce a pre-close trading update for the six months to 31 October 2008 on Thursday 6 November 2008.
