As a Micro Focus Application Provider, you get access to our Skills program – ACTION – where your employees can come and learn important COBOL skills.  ACTION connects you with several major universities focused on the Information Technology industry and who actively help companies build COBOL talent.  Program members can receive COBOL training at affiliated universities or training establishments.  

We can also help you develop new recruits through our "You Hire, We Train" initiative.  In addition, we provide Program members access to specialized product seminars focused on the needs of your business.
