The Interface Mapping Toolkit will create the files required to expose a COBOL Linkage Section as a Web service, including the Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) file and the appropriate mapping.
  • Web service, EJB or COM Component
    Supporting the reuse and extension of COBOL programs can be achieved through the new Interface Mapping Toolkit within Net Express
  • Java and J2EE
    COBOL/Java Interoperability is now enhanced with new support in the Interface Mapping Toolkit, which generates an EJB and J2EE 1.3 connector infrastructure from an existing COBOL Interface.
  • XML
    COBOL/XML support, provides very easy to creation, consumption or updating of XML documents from COBOL.
