Product Updates

Notice: Corresponding with other efforts aimed at bringing our web site into line with our product maintenance policies, we have recently corrected a situation that was allowing some customers without maintenance on their products to gain access to the Product Updates. We will be tightening this further by restricting each section of the Product Updates & Fixes area of our web site to those customers who have active maintenance on the specific products covered by each area. This means that you will continue to have full access to the updates to the products for which you have a current maintenance contract. Please be sure that you have the serial numbers for all of your products added to your Product Profile, so you will be able to continue to have full access the product updates to which you are entitled.
