Closed Call Survey

An important part of the Customer Care process is to gather feedback from you, our customers, to ensure we are meeting or exceeding your expectations in terms of the way we deal with your Support Incidents.

To facilitate this, whenever we close an Incident, we send the raiser an email inviting them to take part in an on-line survey.

Each week, we process the results of this survey and contact any customer who has given us a score of “not satisfied” or “not at all satisfied” to find out where we went wrong and how we could improve next time.

Your feedback is always important to us so if you are invited to take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, please give us a few minutes of your time to help us help you.

Product Updates

Update to Micro Focus Products

Information on all updates can be found on the Supportline website (URL show below). Updates are available to all customers with the relevant maintenance contract(s).

To access updates:

For your guidance: Updates are offered in various formats. Wintel FixPacks are standard 32-bit executables. UNIX and Linux FixPacks are supplied as encrypted (.encr) files. A .encr file is an executable which should be run where the appropriate COBDIR can be accessed; this will generate a standard .tar file which can then be processed in the normal way.
