Sun and Micro Focus enjoy a close, long-term partnership. Together, we continuously review the relationship to find better ways to service our mutual customers. For many years, Sun customers could order Micro Focus Object COBOL Developer Suite (OCDS) and Server Express, and support for those products, from either Sun or directly from Micro Focus.
In 2005, Sun and Micro Focus announced that Sun would transition its sales and support of Micro Focus products to Micro Focus. We have been happy to welcome so many Sun-based customers into our support community since then, under our Transition incentive program. But time is running short. If you are using Micro Focus products in a Sun environment and you have not yet made the move, the time to act is now! All customers must complete their transition no later than 31st December 2007.
