We are pleased to announce that DevPartner Studio 10.0.0, which includes DevPartner Studio Professional Edition and DevPartner for Visual C++ BoundsChecker Suite has been released.  Micro Focus DevPartner is a suite of software development and testing tools providing static, run-time and security code analysis capabilities that give software developers confidence that they are delivering reliable, high-performance, and secure applications.

Highlights of this release include: 

· Integration and full support for Visual Studio 2010 — DevPartner 10.0.0 seamlessly extends the capabilities of VS2010 by offering its award winning static and runtime analysis capabilities, making users more productive and applications higher quality. The full suite of DevPartner features for C#, VB.NET and native C++ are available for debugging and testing within the VS2010 environment ensuring optimum code quality and performance of the applications being developed.

· .NET/CLR 4.0 support — DevPartner 10.0.0 delivers support for testing applications under version 4.0 of the Common Language Runtime.  Locating cpu intensive methods, untested code, and memory intensive areas of your applications can all be performed under the 4.0 framework with DevPartner Studio 10.0.0.

· Team Foundation Server 10 integration — DevPartner 10.0.0 allows users to submit issues to version 10 of Microsoft Team Foundation Server.  Summary and Detail level data gleaned from DevPartner session data will be pre-populated into the TFS work item saving developers valuable time in manually gathering this type of data.

· Cumulative maintenance — DevPartner 10.0.0 includes the functionality of DevPartner 9.x and any subsequent patches and defect corrections.

DevPartner was featured at both the Microsoft VS2010 Launch in Las Vegas as well as Microsoft Tech Ed in Bangalore with outstanding interest.  These events featured hands-on labs in which attendees had the opportunity to see firsthand the value of utilizing DevPartner alongside Visual Studio 2010.  Thousands of attendees were present at both events and the Micro Focus booth was among the busiest as attendees were highly interested in the support it offered for the next generation of Microsoft development platforms.
