Jorge Dinarés joined Micro Focus in October 2008 to lead the development of Micro Focus’ International business, developing multifunctional sales teams in the region, which includes EMEA and Latin America.

Prior to joining Micro Focus, Jorge was CEO at Panda Security, a leading global provider of international security solutions.  Before this, Jorge spent 12 years at BMC Software where he held a number of leadership roles: Country Manager for Iberia, EMEA Vice President of Professional Services, Vice President of Southern Europe and  Worldwide Vice President for Growth and Emerging Markets.  Before BMC Software, Jorge spent nine years at ORACLE in sales and sales management roles.

Jorge holds a Computer Science degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an M.B.A. from the I.E. Business School.
