Mark Conway is responsible for the vision & development of the AMQ/Test tools, and architectural oversight for all Micro Focus products.  He has written commercial software since he was 15, joining Micro Focus in 1988. He left Micro Focus in 1999 to work on various opportunities, including large retail websites and start-ups, before returning to Micro Focus in 2002.

He has held a variety of positions at Micro Focus, including the establishment of the UK consulting division, technical assistant to the CTO, and before his current role, spent three years leading the COBOL solution area.  

He has a degree in Mathematics from Oxford University.
