Neil Fowler is responsible for the development, maintenance, and technical vision of the COBOL and Virtual Mainframe solution areas. Since joining Micro Focus in 1991 Neil has held a variety of technical and leadership positions and has successfully delivered products covering development tools and mission-critical deployment environments into the Micro Focus portfolio.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics and Computer Science from Brunel University.
