  • Long term disability
    Supplemental disability insurance is provided to employees for long term or permanent disability.

    German employees have the opportunity to apply to a partially contributed pension scheme on the part of the Company.

  • Additional holidays
    In order to provide the best possible balance between work and life, Micro Focus provides to its employees additional Holidays up to a max of 30 days per annum.

  • Lunch vouchers
    All German employees are provided with 13 lunch vouchers per month.

    Depending on the position and/or job description of the employee, the employer may provide the employee with a car or car allowance for a certain period of time.
