Through accrued seniority, employees will be able to accrue extra holidays. The seniority takes effect on 1 May or 1 December, depending on which date first follows the date of entering into service. Each full year of employment corresponds with 4 hours of additional time off for the following vacation year. This way, five additional holidays can be accrued.
