It is a fact that history is littered with far more business failures than successes. Many of those that succeed have been driven by a desire and capability to fundamentally transform and evolve their businesses. In fact, the biological evolutionary mantra of ‘survival of the fittest’ can just as readily be applied to the business world, although fittest does not necessarily mean the biggest or even the best. From a business context, perhaps adaptability and the ability to evolve when required are more important.
