Chris has a strong track record of driving shareholder value. At HPE, Chris drove the strategy to divest the company’s Enterprise Services and Software businesses, creating billions of dollars in value. He also co-led the separation of HP into two companies–HPE and HP, Inc. Earlier in his career, Chris was a managing director at the private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and also held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, General Mills and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Chris holds a BS in mathematical economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Prior to ZANTAZ, Mike was the founder and CEO of Steelpoint Technologies which was a pioneer in developing technologies for the intelligent management of unstructured information until its acquisition in 2004. Mike was recognized by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in both 2000 and 2004.

Earlier in his career, Mike was a software developer for Raytheon. He holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
