Master License and Support Agreement

The Master License and Support Agreement ("MLSA") sets forth the terms and conditions upon which our customers license and receive support for Serena software products. These terms and conditions are referenced in the customer's Purchase Authorization Letter ("PAL"), which is a quotation and order instrument issued by Serena in connection with the purchase of Serena software products.

The MLSA sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to all Serena software products. In addition, the Mainframe Addendum applies to all Serena software products designed for use with mainframe computers, such as ChangeMan® SSM, ChangeMan® ZDD, ChangeMan® ZMF, StarTool®, Comparex® and Dimensions® z/OS. The Mainframe Addendum supplements the terms and conditions of the MLSA.

Master End-User License Agreement

Distributed and Mainframe Products

The Master End-User License Agreement ("MEULA") sets forth the terms and conditions upon which our International Distributors license and provide support for Serena software products to end-users. These terms and conditions are referenced in the customer's Purchase Authorization Letter ("PAL"), which is issued by our International Distributors and is a quotation and order instrument in connection with the purchase of Serena software products and services from our International Distributors.

The PAL and MEULA represent a license agreement between the applicable International Distributor and end-user customer. The MEULA is made available on Serena's website solely for the convenience of our International Distributors and their end-user customers.

MEULA sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to all Serena software products, maintenance and support that are available through our International Distributors. To access the MEULA, click the applicable link below.

The following VPAT documents describe how the accessibility features of Serena Software products help federal agencies address the requirements of Section 508 Standards.

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template , or VPAT, is a standardized form developed by the Information Technology Industry Council to show how a software product meets key regulations of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
