Contact your partner or sales person to purchase maintenance for NetWare. To get support for NetWare, you must purchase Open Enterprise Server Maintenance for your NetWare servers. Open Enterprise Server maintenance can be purchased as either Standard Care or Total Care.

Purchasing NetWare Premium Lifeline Support allows access to the OES online training and discount to NetWare migration services. It is not required to receive the support benefits listed. NetWare Premium Lifeline Support costs MSRP US $3,500. Academic customers must have a current subscription for Open Enterprise Server to purchase NetWare Premium Lifeline Support.
