This chapter describes the SQL Error Messages tool which displays the text associated with an SQL error code in a similar way to the DSNTIAR utility.
You can use this tool to look up text associated with any SQLCODE. In addition, this tool is invoked if you encounter an SQL error using any of the HCO tools. For example, if you haven't started DB2 and get a SQLCODE of -1032, you see the SQL Error Message tool.
The SQL Error Message tool (see Figure 15-1) appears when you click HCO > SQL Error Message on the Tools menu.
