Import the configuration data only on the primary Administration Console. You can import the configuration data only for Identity Server or Access Gateway at a time. Import the configuration data of each component separately.
If you are importing the configuration data to a new production environment, you must import Identity Server configuration, and create reverse proxies and master proxy services before importing the Access Gateway configuration data.
