Administration Console might randomly show the Malformed Request error when accessing Identity Server configuration pages. This issue occurs due to a JAR loading conflict in tomcat.
Workaround: Restart Administration Console tomcat. If the issue persists, perform the following steps to resolve this issue:
Run the command rm -rf /opt/novell/nam/adminconsole/work/Catalina to delete the tomcat work directory or manually delete the folder.
Restart Administration Console tomcat.
rcnovell-ac restart
