33.1.19 (Access Manager on Cloud) Metadata Under System Setup of SAML 2 Applications Is Displayed after a Delay of 5 to 10 Seconds

When you click Applications > SAML2 Application > System Setup, Administration Console takes approximately 5 to 10 seconds to display the metadata. During this time, the system displays a message stating that the Access Manager’s SAML 2.0 metadata is not available. This happens because of delays or connection issues caused by the unnecessary routing of traffic to the public segment during communications between Administration Console and the Identity Server cluster.

To workaround this issue, add an entry in the /etc/hosts file of Administration Console to resolve the DNS name of the Identity Server cluster to an internal IP address instead of a public IP address.
