Upgrade: When a customer upgrades to Access Manager 5.0 or to Access Manager Service Pack 1 from a previous version, the type of license the user has opted is applied automatically during the upgrade.
Fresh Installation: When a customer performs a fresh installation, the evaluation or trial license is automatically applied with the product. To continue using Access Manager, the customer must procure the full license or subscription license before the evaluation license expires.
NOTE:It is important to renew the license before it expires as Identity server blocks authentication requests once the license has expired.
