33.16 Troubleshooting Licensing

If any of the following conditions are met you will be redirected to an invalid license page and will not be able to use the product:

  • Message: The evaluation license is expired

    Cause: The Access Manager evaluation license ‘s password has expired.

    Action: Contact Software Licenses and Downloads to obtain the full license.

  • Message: No license is available

    Cause: A valid Access Manager license is not available.

    Action: Contact Software Licenses and Downloads to obtain the full license.

  • Message:This system does not have a valid license. Access Manager may not work properly. Please contact Micro Focus Technical Support for more details.

    Cause: You are using an evaluation version, which is due to expire shortly.

    Action: Add the full product license at the earliest for uninterrupted service.

  • Message:License not Found

    Cause: An issue occurred with the evaluation license.

    Action: Re-Install the product.
