When you change the cases of the alphabets in the consumer key, it does not get updated. Hence, the redirection to the social authentication page fails. For example, if the consumer key is aWgnf9uT and you update it as aWgnF9uT, the changes are not updated.
To troubleshoot this issue, perform the following steps:
After changing the case of the alphabet, add the additional data in the consumer key and update Identity Server.
Navigate to the consumer key and delete the additional data added and update Identity Server. Your changes for consumer key will be updated.
