9. AccuWork
AccuWork is AccuRev’s issue management facility. This chapter describes AccuWork features for end users, and introduces AccuWork’s powerful Change Package capabilities. For detailed information on Change Packages, see Chapter 10 Change Packages.
Configuring AccuWork
Before you can use AccuWork, it must be configured by an administrator. This is covered in Appendix A The Schema Editor (Administrators Only).
Note that the specific layout and available fields that you see will depend on how your Administrator decides to configure the AccuWork forms.
Accessing AccuWork
The main way to access AccuWork functionality is from the either the Issues menu or the AccuRev toolbar:
View Issue Queries lets you create, run, and edit queries, and work with the issues those queries return. See Creating AccuWork Queries on page 309 for more information.
Create Issue lets you create an issue in AccuWork. See Creating an Issue on page 287 for more information.
Open Issue lets you open an existing AccuWork issue. See Modifying an Existing Issue on page 288 for more information.
