You can permanently delete a Reflection Gateway user or disable an account without removing it from the database.
NOTE:LDAP user accounts must be managed on the LDAP server.
To delete a Reflection Gateway user
Connect to Gateway Administrator and log in using an account that is a member of the Administrators Group, the File Transfer Administrators group, or any group that has the role enabled.
On the tab, select the user and click . You will be prompted to confirm this action.
To disable a Reflection Gateway user
Connect to Gateway Administrator and log in using an account that is a member of the Administrators Group, the File Transfer Administrators group, or any group that has the role enabled.
On the tab, select the user and click .
Set to a date in the past. (To enable an expired account, set this to a date in the future.)
