2001-00-E    UNKNOWN LANGUAGE NAME

You coded something other than the following valid language parameter: SCOBOL, SCB; COBOL; CICX or CICS; SFORTRAN; TEXT; PLI, PL1; FORTRAN; or JCL.

Resolution:

Correct the parameter to include a valid language name.

2002-00-E    UNKNOWN TARGET NAME

You coded something other than the following valid target parameter: IBM, or COBOL-II.

Resolution:

Correct the parameter to include a valid target name.

2003-00-E    IMPROPER XLATE VALUE

You coded something other than the following valid XLATE values: ALL; FMP; RED; SCB; RWT; RBI; CICX-ONLY.

Resolution:

Correct the parameter to include a valid XLATE value.

2004-00-E    IMPROPER DEBUG VALUE

The debug parameter is being used and you coded a misspelled or invalid parameter.

Resolution:

Contact your APS Administrator if you need the DEBUG option.

2005-00-E    IMPROPER SEQ VALUE

You coded something other than the following valid SEQ values: COBOL or C; WYLBUR or W; IDENTIFIER or I; RECORD or R; LJ-IDENTIFIER, LJIDENTIFIER or L.

Resolution:

Correct the parameter to include a valid SEQ value.

2006-00-E    UNPRIVILEGED PARAMETER USE

You entered an unauthorized parameter and privilege cards do not allow its use.

Resolution:

Remove parameter or arrange with the APS administrator for a change in privilege cards.

2007-00-E    4 CHARACTERS REQUIRED

The FMP-CHARS parameter is being used and you coded a misspelled or invalid parameter value. The FMP character parameter requires a minimum of four (4) characters.

Resolution:

Check for a valid FMP-CHARS parameter containing a minimum of 4 characters. The 4 default characters are % $ & + .

2008-00-E    UNKNOWN PARAMETER KEYWORD

You misspelled or specified an invalid parameter.

Resolution:

Check for a valid parameter and correct value. You can obtain message for an incorrect IDENT value, SEQN value or an incorrect parm keyword.

Keyword: IDENT.

Valid values: PGMID, PGM, GEN, SPACE.

Keyword: SEQN.

Valid values: GEN, SPACE.

2009-00-E    EQUAL SIGN MISSING

There is no equal sign present before the specified parameter value.

Resolution:

Correct the code so that there is an equal sign between the parameter and its value.

5001-00-F    PARAMETERS INCONSISTENT WITH S-FORTRAN

You cannot use the XLATE parameter values specified when the target chosen is S-FORTRAN.

Resolution:

Correct the parameter value.

5002-00-F    PRIVILEGE CARDS MISSING; RUN ABORTED

File containing privilege card is empty. APS halted execution.

Resolution:

Check JCL to make sure pointer to privilege card file is present. Check privilege card file to make certain that privilege card data is present.

5004-00-F    SECOND PRIVILEGE CARD MISSING; RUN ABORTED

Second privilege card is missing from privilege card file. APS halted execution.

Resolution:

Determine cause of missing privilege card.

5005-00-F    IMPROPER SECOND PRIVILEGE CARD; RUN ABORTED

Second privilege card in privilege card file contains an error. Execution will halt.

Resolution:

Check second privilege card. If it appears in order, contact your APS Administrator.

5006-00-F    THIRD PRIVILEGE CARD MISSING; RUN ABORTED

Third privilege card is missing from privilege card file. APS halted execution.

Resolution:

Determine cause of missing privilege card.

5007-00-F    IMPROPER THIRD PRIVILEGE CARD; RUN ABORTED

Third privilege card in privilege card file contains an error. Execution will halt.

Resolution:

Check third privilege card. If it appears in order, contact your APS Administrator.

5008-00-F    IMPROPER EXTRA PRIVILEGE CARD; RUN ABORTED

Extra privilege card contains an error. APS halted execution.

Resolution:

Check privilege card file. If it appears in order, contact your APS Administrator.

5009-00-F    SSDM PRIVILEGE OVERFLOW; RUN ABORTED

The privilege card counter internal to APS has exceeded the set maximum number.

Resolution:

Check the privilege card file and if unable to determine the source of the problem, contact your APS Administrator.
