Upgrading Your Amazon Web Services Deployment

This release significantly changes the ArcSight Database (see the Release Notes for ArcSight Platform). You cannot upgrade the database. It must be installed as new. However, this release does enable you to deploy or upgrade Recon and Intelligence in your environment, as well as install either capability for the first time.

The complete process of upgrading an AWS deployment involves the following tasks.
