Checking the Deployment Status

When the Configuration Complete page displays, the pod deployment is finished.

• Pods that have not been labeled will remain in the Pending state until labeled.
• For a pod that is not in the Running state, you can find out more details on the pod by running the following command:

      kubectl describe pod <pod name> -n <namespace>

The Events section in the output provides detailed information on the pod status.

If the following error is displayed when attempting to log in to the CDF Management Portal on port 3000, this typically means that the CDF installation process has completed, port 3000 is no longer required, and has been closed. Instead of port 3000, log in to the Management Portal on port 5443.
