Record Type Borrowing page

Define the default the borrowing time limits.

• Apply Limit on Borrowing Period - select to limit the date range that users can set in the record field Due for Return By. When this option is selected, Content Manager sets Due for Return By automatically when a record of this Record Type is assigned to a new Location. See Changing the Assignee Location.
  You can also set the following details for this option:
  • Borrowing Limit (Days) - a number up to 100
  • Borrowing Extension (Days) - a number up to 100. When it is 0, then users cannot extend their borrowing period.
  • All Multiple Extensions - select to make it possible for users to extend their borrowing period as many times as they wish
