Manage Thumbnails

Content Manager's WebDrawer can be configured to display electronic documents in a search list as a thumbnail rather than text only.

On the Administration ribbon, select Manage Thumbnails. The Content Manager Thumbnail Management dialogue displays.

Generate Thumbnails - this option will generate .jpg formatted renditions for electronic records displayed in WebDrawer.

Remove Thumbnails - this option will remove existing thumbnail renditions from electronic records displayed in WebDrawer.

Apply action to - The method selected above can be applied to:

  • All records - all electronic records, or
  • Records matching search - use the search functions of Content Manager to determine which electronic records will be selected for this operation.
