Quarantined Documents
Because of extraordinary events like a network failure or a full disk, Content Manager may be unable to add an electronic document to a particular document store. Content Manager does try to add the document to the store a number of times, however, if it is unable to complete the task, it eventually copies the electronic document into "quarantine" to a folder called PendingQuarantine, which can be found in the path Micro Focus Content Manager\ServerLocalData\TRIM, on the Workgroup Server.
The utility Process Quarantined Documents is for Content Manager administrators to read those documents and attempt to add them to a document store of their choosing. When successful, the utility updates the corresponding record or Content Manager item with the new store ID.
- On the Administration ribbon, click Quarantined Documents.
The Process Quarantined Documents dialogue appears. - Fill in the fields:

Content Manager processes the files from the Pending Quarantine folder on the Workgroup Server and displays a message with the number of files processed, restored to the document store, and failed.
