Action tracking status indicators

Action tracking icons change according to their status:

  • Current Actions and Procedures display arrows
  • Completed Actions and Procedures show a check mark
  • Actions and Procedures that are due next show one exclamation mark
  • Actions and Procedures that are overdue show two exclamation marks
  • Folder with arrows - current Procedure
  • Arrows and single exclamation mark - next Procedure
  • Arrows and double exclamation mark - overdue Procedure
  • Arrows and check mark - completed Procedure
  • Single arrow - current Action Step
