Miscellaneous tab
You can use the Miscellaneous tab to refine your Location search when using the multi-field search editor.
- To display the Miscellaneous tab, select
Search - Find Locations.
The Search for Locations dialogue box appears.
- At the bottom of the dialogue, click the Editor button and make sure that the Multi-field search editor is selected
- Select the Miscellaneous tab
- ID Number - ID number for the Location you are searching for
- Related To - to search by using a relationship
with another Location
- Member of - Organisation (Unit),
Position or Group that the Location you are searching
for belongs to.
Select the Location in the field underneath.
- Member of - Organisation (Unit),
Position or Group that the Location you are searching
for belongs to.
- Review Date - From and To fields - the review date range allocated to the Location you are searching for
- Date Of Birth - From and To fields - the date of birth date range
- Network Login - login for the Location you are
searching for.
Available only when you have View User Profile Details permission.
- Using same profile as - click KwikSelect to
select another user's network and security profile.
Available only when you have View User Profile Details permission.
- Attached to User Label - to search for Locations by their Content Manager user label
- Click OK to start the search
