Click To Display, More fields and Fill List option
Click to Display and More fields in the viewpane
Displaying some fields in the list pane can take some time when they contain large amounts of data.
In view panes, those fields that contain a lot of data show Click to display or More.
Content Manager retrieves and displays the value when you click these buttons.
Before retrieving a field's data, Content Manager first checks if it will take a long time.
If it will, Content Manager checks whether it has retrieved this value in the past.
If Content Manager has not retrieved it before, Click to display appears.
When you click Click to display, Content Manager retrieves the data and stores it as previously retrieved.
There is a registry key that enables you to set how many items Content Manager will display before MoreĀ appears in the list pane.
The default is 100.
A user of user type Administrator can create the following user registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Micro Focus\Content Manager\Metrics\REC=1000
In this example, 1000 records would appear before More would appear.

Search Results list - Fill List
When searching for objects in Content Manager and the results list is larger than the window size limit, users can now opt to fill the search results window with all the results rather than having to scroll through the results to get the full list.
To fill the search results list:
- if the search result window has both scroll bars, click the fill list button
in the corner where the scroll bars meet; or - on the Search tab, in the Tag group, click Fill List; or
- in the list pane, right-click and click Fill List
