Document Review page
The Document Review page on a record's Properties dialogue enables you to view and modify the document review and authorisation process for records enabled for Document Review. To use this function, the "Document Review and Authorisation" feature must be enabled in the System Options - Features page and for the record type.
- Documents should go through a review process - enables the document review for the current record. Select below which locations are authorised to do a document review.
- Locations responsible for reviewing the document - add or remove the locations who are to have review responsibility.
- Due date for completion of the review process - select due date and time.
- Allow reviewers to make changes to the document - select this option to enable reviewers to edit the document before the Document Review is started.
- Documents should go through an authorisation process - enables the authorisation process for the current record. Select below which locations are to have authorisation responsibility.
- Locations responsible for authorising the document - add or remove the locations who are have authorisation responsibility.
- Select the authorisation process to use - Select either Simple or Use DocuSign Service if you have a DocuSign account. To setup your DocuSign subscription with Content Manager, go to Options in Content Manager Render. See Content Manager Render.
- Due date for completion of the review process - select due date and time.
- Due date for completion of initial drafting stage - select due date and time.
- Location responsible for document editing - select the location responsible for document editing.
- Current document review processing state - read only field displays current status of the document review.
