Hierarchical record containers

Records that are containers appear in the search results list pane with an expand symbol (Plus symbol) in front of them:

Click this expand symbol to open or expand the container for that record and display all the records that are in the container:

Once the container has been expanded, the plus changes to a collapse symbol (Minus symbol).

Click the collapse symbol to close or collapse the container hierarchy.

You can also add the Container Hierarchy field to the viewpane to display all the container levels for the selected record.

NOTE: When a container hierarchy is expanded and you use Count, Content Manager will not count the records in the container.
