Display Hits configuration options
- You can access configuration options for displaying hits from the Content Manager viewer View menu:
- Display Hits - select to highlight search terms in a documents in your Content Manager viewer.
Hit Highlight Colours - select a colour for Content Manager to highlight the hits with - blue is the default.
The Hit Highlighting Colours dialogue box appears.
- Apply to all document types - this option will, if not selected, cause the colour change to be applied to the currently open type of document
- Foreground and Background - click to modify the foreground or background colours.
The Colours dialogue box appears.
- Defaults - sets the colour options back to the original settings
- Display Hits - select to highlight search terms in a documents in your Content Manager viewer.
- Click OK.
NOTE: For ease of use, the document type is recognised by Content Manager very broadly as word processor document, spreadsheet, vector graphics etc. and not down to the specific application level.
