Creating Workflow Activities

Once you have set the Workflow properties, you will need to create and configure the individual Activity properties; or you can modify them if you initiated the Workflow from a template.

1. Open the Workflow in the editor.
2. Double-click the blank area to create a new Activity.

   The new Activity appears.

3. Right-click the new Activity and select Properties or double-click the Activity title bar.

   The Activity Properties tabs appear:

   • Workflow Activity General page
   • Workflow Activity Start Conditions page
   • Workflow Activity Results page
   • Workflow Activity Progress page
   • Workflow Activity Authorisations page
   • Workflow Activity Documents page
   • Workflow Activity Escalations page
   • Workflow Activity Options page
   • Workflow Activity Notes page
4. Once you have set the properties for the Activity, repeat for as many Activity steps as you need in this Workflow
5. To make multiple activities the same size, press the CTRL key, select the activities, right-click and on the Make Same Size menu, use:
   • Width
   • Height
   • Both
