Creating an Content Manager reference to a saved search
This function enables you to create shortcuts to saved searches.
- From the Search menu, click Saved Record Searches or Saved Location Searches, depending on the type of saved search you want to create a reference for
- Right-click the saved search you want to reference and click Send To - Make Reference
- Choose the folder for the reference object, which will have a .tr5 file extension
You can then use Windows Explorer to drag the object into another application or use another application to retrieve the reference.
