Modifying security levels

  1. On the Manage ribbon, click Security Levels.

    The Security Levels - All window appears with all existing security levels.

  2. Right-click the level you want to modify and click Properties
  3. Modify the details
  4. Click OK.

    Content Manager saves your changes.

NOTE: If the security level is being used by items in Content Manager, a message will warn that every record in the database will need to be checked and possibly modified.
