Modifying attached Action or Procedure Durations
- Search for the record with the attached Action or Procedure you want to modify.
- Right-click and select Workflow - Show Actions/Procedures.
The Attached Actions/Procedures dialogue box will display all the attached Actions and Procedures.
- Right-click the Action you want to modify the responsibility for and select Duration.
The Duration dialogue box appears.
- Alter duration so that the action is due on - activates the date fields.
Type in the new date the Action is due on or use the calendar to select a date.
- Alter duration (days, hours and minutes) - makes the duration fields available.
Type in the new duration or use the Up and Down controls to select the duration.
- Only Reschedule the Procedure of the Currently Selected Record Action - only reschedules the current Action if the record has multiple Procedures attached.
- Alter duration so that the action is due on - activates the date fields.
- Click OK.
The Action or Procedure has been modified.
