Printing reports or labels
The Print function enables you to print a report or, where appropriate, barcode labels, consignment lists or Workflow actions etc.
Content Manager enables you to design your own labels to suit the requirements of your organisation and provides a simple record label that can be modified if you wish.
The label reports enable you to print your record labels on a set of different label layouts and sizes.
You can tag the items that should be printed, print just the selected item or all items on your screen.
NOTE:
- Content Manager prints only to Windows supported page printers
- Before printing a large report with more than 1000 records, Content Manager will warn you that it could take a very long time.
The number of records that will trigger the warning message is configurable using the registry.
