Removing security levels

  1. On the Manage ribbon, click Security Levels .

    The Security Levels - All window appears.

  2. Right-click the level you want to remove and click Delete.

    The Delete Security Level dialogue box appears:

  3. Select a replacement Security Level - select a level to replace the security level with so that all items (records, Locations, etc.) in the dataset that were using the security level still have a security level.

    Use the drop-down list to select from the available levels.

    You can also remove a security level completely by selecting [No Security Level]

  4. Click OK.

    Content Manager replaces or removes the security level.
