Finding indexed words
Content Manager indexes the words in the text fields like Title and Notes. You can search for those indexed words from Content Manager.

This is the pane in the main Content Manager window under the toolbars.
Use the fields:
- Search For - select Indexed Words
- Search By - use KwikSelect to select a search method, or type all in the drop-down box
- Matching criteria - enter the data to find
- Run the search button - click to start the search

- On the Administration ribbon, in the Word Indexes group, click Browse Indexes.
The Indexed Words - all list appears in alphabetical order.NOTE: This option will only be available if you are not using SQL Text Indexing (see Content Manager Enterprise Studio help - Dataset setup and maintenance - SQL Text Index for further information)
The search results list can be refined using the right-click Search - Refine Search menu.
