While there are many search options available to you, one easy way of locating requests is by searching for all records which were requested in a particular period of time, and then view all requests for these records:
- On the Search menu, click Find Records.
The Search for Records dialogue box appears. - In the field Search By, type requestedOn or select it from the list of search methods, with the caption Requested On
- Enter a date range that you want to view requests for and click OK.
Content Manager returns the records that had requests filed for them within the period you entered. - Tag all the records in the list
- Right-click in the list and on the Requests menu, click Show Requests.
Content Manager returns the requests for the records you found.
NOTE:
- If a record has recurring requests, only the first one is considered outstanding if more than one of them fall within a date range search method.
Therefore, in a search result, only the first one due appears.
- To ensure that a recurring resubmit request appears in future searches, move the record to the Location that requested it.
This clears the request, enabling it to appear again according to its criteria.
