Setting up Outlook to display the Content Manager record number
You can set up Outlook to display the Content Manager record number of the checked in email:
- In Outlook, select the folder you want to add the Content Manager record number column to.
- Right-click the column headers.
- Select Customise Current View - Fields
- Under Select available fields from, use the drop-down list and select User-defined fields in folder.
Content Manager Record Number appears.
- Select the item you want to add and click Add
- Move it to the position you want.
- Click OK to close the Fields dialogue box
- Click OK again to close the View dialogue box.
The column Content Manager Record Number appears only for the folder you selected.
