Viewing attached Thesaurus terms

1. Search for the record you want to view the attached terms for
2. In the view pane, right-click and select Customise.

   The Customise dialogue box appears.

3. From the Available Fields, select and add the following fields to Displayed Fields:
   • Attached Thesaurus Terms - displays only those terms that have been attached to the record
   • Title (Structured Part) - displays only those terms hat have been used in the record's title
   • All Thesaurus Terms - displays all the attached terms
4. Click OK

You can use this method to view Thesaurus terms attached to any record.

1. Search for the record whose attached terms you want to view
2. Right-click and select Details - Thesaurus Terms.

   The Select From Thesaurus Terms dialogue box will display the attached terms.

1. Search for the record whose attached terms you want to view
2. Either double-click or right-click and select Properties.

   The Properties dialogue box for the selected record's Record Type appears.

3. General tab - displays any Thesaurus terms used in the record's title.

   You can modify the Thesaurus component of a record's title here.

4. Attached Thesaurus Terms tab - select to display the attached terms and attachment types or terms used as title words.

   If the term is used in the record's title, then (Title) will appear after the term.
