Printing communications reports

A standard report type called Communications is available for the creation of communication reports.

This enables the printing of reports on communication details for a selection of communications as well as the creation of address labels.

A sample address label report is available for import from the report samples shipped with Content Manager.

The address label will print a separate label for each recipient of the tagged communications.

This enables you to run a search for communications, e.g. all communications today and tag the ones that require recipient address labels.

You can print the record number on the address labels to match labels with letters easily.
