Help toolbar buttons and context menus

• Hide - hides the navigation bar
• Locate - switches the view to the Contents tab and highlights the current topic
• Back - displays the last topic you viewed
• Font - cycles through five different font sizes
• Print - click for print options
• Options - click for the additional options:
  • Hide Tabs / Show Tabs - hides or shows the tab section
  • Forward - to move to the next topic when you have used Back
  • Home - displays the help file home page
  • Stop - stops the current action, e.g. search
  • Refresh - updates the display, for example, if you updated search criteria, will run the search with the new criteria
  • Internet Options - displays the Internet Explorer Internet Options dialogue box, whose settings affect HTML Help.
  • Search Highlight Off - turns off hit highlighting within search results

Right-click a topic in the topic pane for the commands:

• Back
• Forward
• Select All - selects all topic text
• View Source - opens the HTML source code of the topic in Notepad
• Print
• Refresh
• Properties - opens the Properties dialogue box with some file information

Right-click a topic in the Contents tab for the command:

• Print- to print this one topic or also its sub-topics

Right-click a topic in the Favourites tab for the commands:

• Display - to view the topic content
• Add - adds a copy of the topic to your favourites
• Remove - removes the topic from your favourites
• Rename - to rename the favourite topic
