Update Security Classification tab

The Update Security Classification tab displays the current security classification details of a record if altered since the initial filing of the record:

• Current Security Classification - displays the currently applied security classification of the selected record
• Most Recent Update Details - displays the details of the most recently applied security level updates for the selected record, updated using the Update Last Reviewed On Status field
• Last Reviewed On - displays the date that the security classification was last reviewed
• New Security Classification - select the new security classification to apply to the record
• Reason for security change - type in the reasons why the selected records security has been modified
• Update Last Reviewed On Status - update the review status of the selected record.

Activates the following fields:

• Reviewed By - set the Location/user who reviewed the record security
• Reviewed On - set the date the record security was reviewed.
